We about us

Lorenz Müller
After a successful study of electronic engineering (ETH) I made my hobby to my occupation and since then I have been flying for Swiss(air). I started gliding in 1980. My logbook holds more than 800 gliding hours. After a phase of intensive aerobatics I now enjoy cross-country flying in the mountains. My favorite glider is the LAK 19, because as a standard class sailplane she is very easy to fly, shows very nicely the thermals and I feel very comfortable in the cockpit because of its roominess and ergonomics. But I'm impatiently waiting for the LAK 20 anyway!

At the moment I'm a student again. My gliding career began on the Hegmatten airfield when I was 16 years old. Since then I have enjoyed more than 1300 gliding hours. Apart from my enthusiasm for alpine gliding I'm a member of the Swiss National Gliding Team and I am successfully participating in national and international gliding championships using LAK gliders. My favorite glider is the LAK 17a, because of its well balanced controls and its performance is at least as good as its competitors'.

At the Junior World Gliding Championships in Issoudun 2001 we saw the prototype of the LAK 19, and we liked it on first sight. Since 2003 we are proud owners of a LAK glider and now, with our company, we are able to share our enthusiasm for LAK gliders with our customers.
